Students’ Association are continuing our intuitive to promote mental wellbeing amongst our students. Each Tuesday we will be posting a new ‘Time-out Tuesday’ post which will share a mindful tip or activity to encourage you to check in with your own mental wellbeing.
In addition to this we will also be running these Time-Out Tuesday wellness sessions once a fortnight to learn more in-depth tips on how to manage your physically and mental wellbeing.
