After you've graduated

Receiving your award certificate

Certificates are issued from our Manchester office as opposed to being given out on Graduation day. Your certificate will be posted to the address provided on the Survey Monkey questionnaire sent to you, please fill this or you will not receive your certificate.

 

Certificates will be sent via standard Royal Mail to both UK and overseas addresses. If you are an overseas student and would like to pay for a tracked service for your post, please contact GraduationCeremonies@BPP.com. You will receive one original copy of your certificate so please take good care of it!

 

Certificates are only available once all final results have been approved by the University’s Academic Council. Please see the below dates for certificate availability:

Overseas delivery options

If you would like to have your certificate sent via Royal Mail International Track & Trace we are happy to arrange this for you. The cost for this service is £15.00. Please visit www.bppcollegepayments.com to make a payment, ensuring that you forward the transaction confirmation to us when completed along with your full postal address.

 

Please note that should you chose the standard service for delivery and your original is not successfully delivered to you, you will be liable to pay for any subsequent replacement certificates to be produced. Any ‘lost’ certificates sent via International Track & Trace within three months of your graduation date will be replaced free of charge.

 

eModule: Secure eDocument viewing and sharing

eModule is a secure online portal providing access to digital copies of your award certificate(s).

 

Additionally, you will be able to authorise employers, recruitment agencies and other third parties to view your documents without the need to contact BPP in the first instance.

 

This service is currently available for graduates who received their awards from July 2010 onwards. We will not approve your account until after the Academic council date.

 

Please visit https://certificates.bpp.com to register and access your certificate(s). Please ensure you use your personal email address and full student ID number to register, e.g. BP0123456 (make sure you use CAPITAL ‘BP’) or 1054321. For the best user experience, we recommend that you open the portal in Google Chrome. Please contact emodulesupport@bpp.com if you do not remember your student ID number.

 

Replacement certificates

 

Pre July 2010:

In the event that your original certificate has been lost, damaged or stolen we can issue a replacement to you at a cost. Please email graduationceremonies@bpp.com who will provide you with a form to complete and return along with confirmation of payment (such as a screenshot of the World Pay transaction). Upon receipt we shall have a replacement certificate produced for you. Please do not create an account on eModule, Your account will be denied because you received your results before July 2010 therefore your certificate is in our archives and unfortunately is not available on eModule.

We are unable to send a scanned copy of your certificate also due to security reasons.

 

Post July 2010:

In the event that your original certificate has been lost, damaged or stolen we can issue a replacement to you at a cost. Replacements can be ordered via eModule at https://certificates.bpp.com

 

 

DISCLAIMER: To prevent fraud and misuse, the University withholds the right to decline requests for replacement certificates should you have already submitted a request.
