Information on using eGates for BPP students

eGates have now been introduced at airports for entry into the UK. If you are an international student at BPP we advise that you still see an Immigration officer and do not use the eGates. This is to ensure that you get the required validation stamps for your visa (for Entry Clearance and Short Term Study Visas) that will be needed when you register on your course with BPP University. The gates will not provide a stamp so please make sure that you speak to an officer on your arrival in the UK.

You must not use the eGates if you are on a short term study visa (6 months or less). If you use the eGate you will

have to leave the UK again within 30 days and re-enter by seeing an Immigration officer.

If you have any questions please contact a member of the international advice team at InternationalAdvice@bpp.com  who will be happy to assist.
