The Students’ Association runs the Time-out Tuesday initiative to promote mental wellbeing amongst our students.
Each Tuesday we will be posting a new Time-out Tuesday post on the Virtual Campus which will share a mindful tip or activity to encourage you to check in with your own mental wellbeing.
In addition to Time-out Tuesday posts, we also run Time-Out Tuesday wellness sessions once a fortnight to share more in-depth tips on how to manage your physically and mental wellbeing.
