COMMON QUESTIONS

How do I book a room for a society meeting?

Contact your Clubs and Societies Officer. Fill in the event request form first so your coordinator knows it's happening. Give at least 3 weeks' notice.

How long does a funding application take?

Aim to submit at least 3 weeks before you need the money. You'll hear back within 5 working days. Never commit to spending before receiving written approval.

Do I need a risk assessment for online events?

No — risk assessments are only required for in-person events. Online events just need the event request form.

Can I promote my society on official BPP SA social media?

Yes — email engage@bpp.com with your content and we can share it across our channels. Give at least 5 working days' notice and check the social media guidelines first.

What happens at the end of the year?

You need to complete the President Handover Form, and inform engage@bpp.com of your successor's details. See the Committee Handover Guide for a full checklist.
