Mental Health & Wellbeing
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Team is here to support you throughout your studies, helping you manage challenges, improve wellbeing and access the right support when you need it.
We provide an inclusive, accessible and friendly service to help you succeed in both your studies and personal life.
This includes support for mental health and wellbeing, providing advice, guidance, resources and awareness raising initiatives. We also work closely with the BPP Counselling Service and other support teams across the University.
Many members of staff across BPP are trained Mental Health First Aiders, providing an additional layer of support and helping to create a community where everyone feels valued, supported and understood.
