You can call 111 if you are worried about your mental health and ask for their advice. They can arrange for an out-of-hours doctor to contact you at any time.

During the working hours of 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday, the Student Welfare & Support teams are here to support you. Outside of these hours, Spectrum.Life provides 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support for all BPP students.
