If you are in an emergency situation then your first port of call should be the appropriate emergency services on 999 for urgent, or 101 for non-urgent queries. 
You can call 111 if you are worried about your mental health and ask for their advice, they can get an out of hours doctor to call you at any time.

If you have a welfare issue that might impact your studies, such as: abuse, sexual harrassment and assault, online safety, radicalisation, bereavement, addiction or homelessness, please contact the Safeguarding Team.

Learning Support

During the student journey, you may find that you need to receive additional well-being support. If you are experiencing low mood, depression, anxiety, have an existing mental health condition or just want someone to talk things through, you can contact the Learning Support Team for further support: LearningSupport@bpp.com.

Wellbeing Advice

At BPP, we offer one-on-one support with experienced wellbeing advisors as part of our mental health and wellbeing services.

This means providing you with ongoing support whenever you need it, offering confidential guidance on a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns.

Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, facing life setbacks, or overwhelmed by studying and academic pressures, our wellbeing advisors are here to help.
