Graduation Ceremony Announcement – July 2021

As a result of the situation regarding the coronavirus (Covid-19) BPP University took the difficult decision to postpone its graduation ceremonies.

We know that many of you will have been disappointed, however, our priority is the health and wellbeing of our students, their guests and our staff.

We anticipate (pandemic permitting) that our next ceremony is most likely to be in the second half of January 2022 and we will contact all students who are eligible to attend in the coming months. The exact dates will be confirmed in due course. Students who completed during the pandemic will also be invited.

Please do check on the Students’ Association website, here, where we will post information about future graduations.

Once you have received your final results our Assessments team will prepare your transcript and these will be emailed to you within 6 weeks of the release of the results.

Awards and Certificates

Your award is conferred by our Academic Council who meet 3-4 times per annum.

This means that your certificate will not be immediately available when you receive your final results and it may take several months before you receive it.

After this formal process is completed and awards have been officially approved, all eligible students are contacted regarding their certificates:

Electronic certificates:

As soon as your award has been confirmed you will be invited to register onto our eModule platform, where you can view electronic versions of your certificate and share these securely with third parties.

Please do not attempt to register on the eModule system until you are informed that your online certificate is available. You will be provided with guides which explain how to use the system.

Hard copy certificates:

As Academic Council sit once every 3-4 months, you will need to wait several months after you received your final results before you receive your hard copy certificate.

Many graduands change address during this time, so the University must confirm uptodate mailing addresses where hard copy certificates can be sent. will send you an email with a survey, asking you for an updated mailing address. This survey is NOT spam, please make sure you complete and submit it. If you do not tell us your address by the survey deadline then your certificate will not be printed and sent, and there will be charges if you request a certificate at a later time.  BPP uses an external company to print and send most of the certificates so it is important to ensure your details are as clear as possible, in English in the format of the example you will be shown.
