The Students’ Association are continuing our initiative to promote mental wellbeing among our students! We are running Time-Out Tuesday wellness sessions once a fortnight to learn more in-depth tips on how to manage your physical and mental wellbeing. In the weeks we don't have a scheduled session, we will post tips on wellbeing to encourage you to take time out for yourself.
