Studying at university can be rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Deadlines, exams and balancing other commitments can sometimes lead to stress and burnout.

While some stress can help motivate us, ongoing pressure can affect our wellbeing, energy, concentration and motivation. Burnout can leave us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and you may feel disconnected from our studies.
