What is self-care?

Self-care is about the everyday actions we take to support our mental, emotional and physical health. It can help us manage stress, improve resilience, and maintain balance during busy or challenging periods.

Self-care doesn't have to be time-consuming or expensive. Small actions, such as getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, eating regular meals, spending time with friends, taking breaks from studying, or engaging in activities you enjoy can all have a positive impact on your wellbeing.

It's also important to remember that self-care looks different for everyone. What helps one person to feel well may not work for someone else. The key is finding healthy habits and routines that support you and fit into your daily life.
