In the past year, we’ve seen the impact of BPP Apprentices across various sectors. The 2025 Awards saw many incredible nominations and winners have now all been announced.

"I am incredibly grateful to be recognised as one the 2025 Suzanne Finch Apprentice Champion; an award that greatly reflects the apprenticeship advocacy work that I do within and outside of KPMG. From speaking at school assemblies to organising student events nationwide, I have always been passionate about bridging the gap between aspiring apprentices and employment. I also want to saw a huge thank you to all the award nominees for how they champion apprenticeships too! "To be named as the Runner Up for the Level 4-5 Apprentice of the Year had really marked a key milestone within my apprentice journey. As an apprentice, I am grateful to be recognised for my Public Sector work, Apprenticeship Advocacy initiatives and the achievements I have made whilst being at KPMG. First and foremost, I would like to thank KPMG and BPP for their continued support on my apprenticeship journey – where I have been provided with opportunities to ideate, learn and develop in my role. I also want to saw a huge thank you to all the award nominees for their apprenticeship achievements too! By being recognised as the Runner-up of this award, I hope to inspire more incoming and current apprentices to make the most of their organisation’s opportunities to grow, develop and excel in their roles."
