Important notice about Inspera Assessments

ACTION REQUIRED: IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR UPCOMING INSPERA ASSESSMENT

In order to continually improve the assessment experience, Inspera have launched a new version of their Assessment software called Inspera Exam Portal (version 1.11.11).

This means, to access your next assessments, you will need to have downloaded the new Inspera Exam Portal software by downloading the new software on to your machine from one of the links below. If you already have an older version of Inspera downloaded on your computer, you will need to uninstall this first. Please note this has to be fully un-installed and cannot just be deleted from your desktop.

All old versions of Inspera will be switched off on 11th February 2021 and once switched off will no longer work.

Testing the new version:

Approximately one week before your next assessment you will be emailed your test log-in details, please ensure that you have download and tested the new version of the software using these test details at least 72 hours before your exam so that you have time to investigate and raise any issues/queries. Failure to do so may mean that we are unable to resolve any issues you may face during an exam.
