Information for New Students 2022

??? New Student Queries January 2022 ???

On behalf of your Students’ Association may we extend a warm welcome to BPP. I am one of the Students’ Association Presidents and this post provides some useful information on common queries during the registration period. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you are unsure on something.

If you have a specific question check on the BPP Help Centre. If this still doesn’t help you can submit a query via the ‘Get in Touch’ section of the Hub. BPP use an online query form to speed up response times and make it easier to track student queries.

For IT related queries, including access to your email, you can contact the support desk on: Phone +44 (0)3300 603850, through the BPP Service Portal:  or via email:

Programme Information & Course Materials

Your course materials will be stationed on The BPP Hub unless you have been informed otherwise. Log in to the Hub and get started on looking through your welcome material here: Programme queries should be submitted via the student query form which can be found in the ‘Get in Touch’ section of the Hub.

Timetables can be accessed on your 'my.bpp' Microsoft Outlook Calendar ( Your classes will be listed here so do keep checking in the 5-10 days leading up to your start date.

ID Cards & Lanyards

You can collect your Student ID Card and Lanyard from your study centre throughout Jnauary and February. Please ask the front desk for directions. Distance Learning students may request a PDF ID via the Student Query Form. Please collect this at your earliest convenience.

Additional Information & Support

The Students’ Association website contains lots of information about studying at BPP. We are also based in Waterloo, Holborn and Shepherd’s Bush most days this month to support you as you begin your course. You may like to watch our short induction video on the services we offer. You will also find it helpful to read through the Student Handbook 2021-2022 ahead of starting your course. Finally I'd recommend reviewing the BPP Pocket Guides on Inclusion and Learning Support.

Academic Inductions will be contained within your timetable. For some courses these are delivered online. In addition you can view our Student Support Services session here.

Please link your social media (i.e. LinkedIn) to your Virtual Campus profile if you want future course mates to be able to contact you. You can find people studying the same course as you in the directory and by posting on the feed.

You should familiarise yourself with the University's Latest COVID-19 Safety Information before attending a BPP Study Centre.
