The aim of the Rugby Club is to help those that may have previously played rugby at university (or even those that have never played before) get some casual touch rugby games with their peers every now and then.

People probably don’t have time to join a proper club side because of their workloads and any other important extra-curricular activities they may be doing. The occasional touch game will help them get some exercise and enjoy their free time, and hopefully members will find a group of like minded rugby fans to watch matches with as well.

Many law firms in the city also have rugby sides (or at least sports teams of some kind) and so there is a great opportunity to connect with them and play a friendly match whilst also networking and finding out about their experiences of the legal profession.

There aren't any planned membership fees and the club is open to everyone. Members can take part as much or as little as you'd like. Everyone has a lot of work to be getting on with so the plan is for it to be a relaxed way of making friends and having a good time.
