In honour of University Mental Health Day, We welcome all students to be part of a session where we will be sharing our stories around our journey of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. We will also be sharing stories around the pressure of studying and sharing tools to support you moving forward. You will also have an opportunity to go out into break out rooms and speak to each other, where you can share views on how we can continue to positively change the future of student mental health.
