Ensure you log in within the specified times of your assessment.

2. Get in touch if you have issues:

If you experience issues during your assessment contact the following so you can get help as quickly as possible:

Inspera exams:

In your email please include your SRN, as much information about the issue you are experiencing as possible and include screenshots where you are able.

If you have been locked out of the system, please email Inspera@bpp.com – the code to log back into the system will be included in the automated reply from this inbox.

3. Consider if you are ‘Fit to Sit’:

If you are not well or something happened so you are not mentally or physically ready to sit the exam then see the Fit to Sit section.

4. Apply for Extenuating Circumstances:

If you were not able to attend your exam or something happened during the exam and you think it affected your performance, you will need to apply for extenuating circumstances.
